Join the Kitchen team at Sparkling Hill Resort! We currently have positions available for Line Cook/Demi Chef de Partie roles in our PeakFine Restaurant. Learn more about us at www.sparklinghill.com.

Duties may include:

- Prepare a variety of ingredients, sauces, etc. based on the needs of the kitchen
- Receive and store food supplies, equipment and utensils in fridges, freezers and storage areas
- Stock line coolers and storage areas before, during, and after service
- Operate a line station during lunch/dinner service
- Check on and stock buffet items to ensure freshness and quality
- Assist with preparation and plating for banquets and corporate functions
- Adhere to food safety and quality standards at all times
- Maintain full knowledge of current and upcoming menu items
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Minimum one year cooking experience required
- Knowledge of food quality, safety, sanitization, cost controls, and presentation
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team, as well as independently
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required
- Reliable transportation is essential
