Join the Kitchen team at Sparkling Hill! We are looking for a hard-working individual with a positive attitude for the role of Breakfast Cook.

Duties Include:

- Prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and food sanitation standards at all times
- Stock and maintain buffet items
- Coordinate with breakfast servers to accommodate special guest requests
- Visually inspect all food sent from kitchen
- Complete prep tasks as necessary
- Practice correct food handling and storage procedures
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively
- Prepare list of food products required for ordering for approval by Supervisor
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Minimum 1-2 years of cooking experience
- Experience in the hospitality industry an asset
- Valid Food Handler Certificate required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well in high pressure environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation is essential
