PREP CHEF
Specific Duties Include:
* Assisting in coordinating and preparing guest & staff lunches
* Assisting dinner chef in prep
* Assisting in baking and pastry preparation
* Assiting in appetizer preperation
* Organizing and maintaining tidiness of food preparation and storage areas
* Assisting with kitchen duties, i.e. cleaning and dishes
* Assisting with dining room setting up and clearing after meals
* Interacting with our guests in the lodge and ensure they are treated in a helpful and courteous manner
* Other duties as assigned.
* 5 days on/2 days off
Experience Required:
2-3 years of kitchen experience preferred
Salary/ Wage-
$120-130/day based on experience; gratuities; room & board provided
Season runs early January to mid April.
