JOB POSTING: Sundance Lodges Campground - Kananaskis, Alberta

Do you love working outside as well as front desk & customer service work?

If so, come to work & play in the spectacular Rocky Mountains of Kananaskis Country with Sundance Lodges – a “comfortable camping” property that has been offering guests tipis, trapper’s tents & campsites (about an hour from Banff or Calgary) for over 25 years.
We’re a small family business looking for mature, high energy people who prefer a small staff environment of about 8 and are excited to spend time in the mountains in a camping environment.

Start dates: the first 2 weeks of May; the end of May and one mid-June.
All positions last through Labour Day; others to later Sept and several until early/mid October.
*Please indicate the start & end dates you prefer as this helps us determine our staffing choices.

Sundance Lodges offers our guests a unique, family camping experience in tipis, trapper’s tents & campsites, a gift shop, basic groceries & snack food, sports equipment and camping supply rentals. We pride ourselves on giving our guests memorable stays with accurate reservations, efficient friendly customer service, super clean washrooms, well-maintained sites and, of course – our exceptional staff. You truly enjoy the outdoors and are excited about spending your summer in the Rockies. Nearby, you can try back country camping, hiking, biking, rafting & horseback riding on your time off. Making lifelong friends among the staff and meeting people from all over the world are givens. Seize the opportunity to live in the spectacular Canadian Rocky Mountains, here on your doorstep!

High energy, an eye for detail and the ability to work quickly but thoroughly enable you to finish tasks to high standards during the fast-paced summer period. You are a team player & support other staff but able to work alone with a minimum of supervision; you are physically fit and able to perform all duties, both inside and outside.
